*misunNOTE: Every night before I sleep, I check to see how fast the solar wind is moving and to learn new things before losing sweet consciousness. Last night the makers behind that website wrote about a Co-rotating Interaction Region, or CIR. I loved this because earlier in the day, I watched the movie “To Sir, With Love” on the TCM channel. A classic about education and human interaction. Now here’s the magic: I have been doing some personal writing about Close, Intimate Relationship. Another CIR acronym of great use. So, the ideas of “Sir” and CIR met and shook hands–in my imagination and this poem is the result. It had to be published on my blog today because there is a 45 percent chance of a geomagnetic storm today. And it is due to the fact that a CIR is about to enter Earth’s magnetic field.

What’s in YOUR magnetic field today, my friends?

The photo was taken on June 2, 2015 in Michigan. There are four birds in the sky, the sun of course, one unexplained curvature of light and one unexplained dot of light. The tree? I’ll leave it to explain itself.
